UNITY Smart Living was created as a contemporary student housing brand designed to deliver a complete living experience that combines comfort, community, and functionality.

The project extended far beyond logo design, evolving into a comprehensive brand identity system capable of operating consistently across physical environments, printed materials, digital platforms, and everyday resident touchpoints.

At the heart of the identity lies a symbolic emblem composed of interwoven geometric forms connected into a unified structure. The mark expresses the concepts of community, collaboration, and personal growth within an environment where different individuals live, interact, and evolve together.

The symbol also serves as a visual reference to network structures, human connection, and the collective strength that emerges when diverse personalities come together around shared values and common experiences.

The visual identity was developed as a flexible branding system designed to support every aspect of the brand ecosystem. The project included logo design, brand identity design, graphic systems, digital applications, marketing materials, wayfinding design, interior branding, and environmental graphics for the shared spaces throughout the residential buildings.

Repeating geometric structures derived from the core symbol were transformed into patterns, visual assets, and communication tools that strengthen brand recognition and create a cohesive brand experience.
